GPMatic Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of GPMatic created in order to provide clarity on our refund policy

Digital products


We issue refunds for our software & a service (S&aS)within 3 days of the original purchase of the S&aS provided onboarding has not been conducted and a campaign has not been set up and executed.


In the event an onboarding appointment has been scheduled and conducted, a refund will not be provided for the onboarding.


In the event the software has been set up and configured, and a campaign has been enabled, the subscriber will be billed for that first billing cycle. In order to cancel future billings, the subscriber must cancel prior to the next billing cycle.


GPMatic is purchase via a software subscription (S&aS) and no refunds are given on the subscription. If you wish to cancel your subscription, provide us notice of your desire to cancel via Live Chat or By emailing us at contact@gpmatic.com.


You will not be charged for any subsequent monthly subscription payments once the cancellation ticket has been received and processed. In order for your subscription to not be charged for the next billing cycle, please make sure you cancel your subscription prior to the next billing.
